Returns and Refund Policy
We accept all returns within 30 days with the following exceptions:
Buyer must request a return RMA prior to shipping an order back to us. Returns received without RMA will be returned to sender or held until the sender arranges for return.
Halloween costumes being returned must have a valid tracking shipment number prior to October 31st for costumes purchased prior to October 31st.
Sizing exchanges must be received by October 24th.
Due to hygienic reasons apparel and costumes that have been worn will not be eligible for return. Items returned in this condition will be not be refunded and held until buyer arranges for return or pickup.
Items returned not in the original condition with retail packaging intact will not be accepted for return aside from product defects. Only exception is if the sale originated from our website as open box type items.
Clearance items are not eligible for return.
Items returned that were purchased with a free shipping option will incur 20% restocking fee or $5 whichever is greater.
Items that were purchased with upgraded shipping options where the buyer paid extra for shipping will have the restocking fee waived.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and must use a shipment method with tracking number in case the package is lost.
We will at our sole discretion refund or replace a shipment that is tracked as delivered to customer but customer is claiming non-receipt.
